Ingredients

  1. 3 cupFlour
  2. 1/3 cupsugar
  3. 1 tbspsugar~sprinkle on scones before oven
  4. 1/2salt
  5. 1 1/2 tbspbaking powder
  6. 2 cupheavy cream

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat Oven 425

  2. 2

    mix dry ingredients in bowl

  3. 3

    dump all cream in at once, stir until it clumps

  4. 4

    dump 1/2 onto floured surface, knead until feels like play dough

  5. 5

    add whatever you want.. cranberries, nuts, etc

  6. 6

    roll dough into ball shapes, place onto Crisco greased pan, pace in oven
