1/2 cupflour
1 cupchopped pecans
2/3 cupmelted unsalted butter
2eggs
1/2 tspvanilla extract
1/2 tspcinnamon
1 pinchnutmeg

lightly scramble your eggs with vanilla & seasonings set aside

now incorporate all ingredients with wet mixture. bake 350- 20-25 minutes.

preheat oven 350. Spray your mini cupcake tins eith cooking spray
