Ingredients

  • 1 cupRice soak for 30 minute
  • 2 cupWater
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • 2 tablespoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add jeera, sauté it, add rice and water.

  2. 2

    Add salt and black pepper and mix well.

  3. 3

    Cover the lid and cook for two whistle.

  4. 4

    Remove steam after 5 minute, remove lid and serve the rice.garnush with tomato flower.
