Grind china grass in a mixer

Take
a non stick pan and mix china grass with 1 cup water.. - 3
In another pan keep milk for boiling after 1 boil lower the flame add sugar...

On the other hand keep china grass and cook till you get a thick paste...

Add emulsion to the milk mix it well.
Off tha flame.. - 6
Now add the china grass paste and orange pulp to the milk.

Put in a setting bowl and let it cool at room temperature for about 40_45 mins or till done

Now unmould the bowl of pudding in a plate and caramalise it....

Keep in the fridge and serve chilled
