Slice the plantain and sweet potatoes.sprinkle salt on it then fry in the hot vegetable oil.

Wash and blend the fresh pepper boil till no more water in it.add vegetable oil and fry for 3minutes with continuous stirring then slice onion and add.

Add salt and put off the heat.wash and slice the vegetable.

Cut and wash the fish.sprinkle salt on it and fry in vegetable oil.turn for all side to fry well.
