Pour oil on the pan and allow it to boil

Put the sliced onions in and heat to brown then add chopped tomatoes and threshed carrot and lid for a few seconds

Mix the nicely cut dhania with prepared eggs and pour them on the hot pan

Mix them completely and allow them to fry for 5 minutes

Turn to the eggs on both sides to make sure it takes in enough heat.

Serve with ugali
