Pancit: Oh no the Stores are closed don’t know what to do then use whatever you have on hard and make a meal out of it I had some Noodles, vegetables, and meat and put some sauce and this is what I made. Using what you have is not only quick And easy but practical and economical which is a very good thing these days.

Ingredients

  • Pancit Canton egg noodles I used miki you don’t need to cook anymore
  • 6 clovesgarlic chopped
  • 4Onions chopped
  • stripsCarrots peeled and cut into thin
  • halfBaby corn cut in the middle then
  • Snap peas ends and tops cut
  • Cabbage cut in half then core cut of then quartered then shredded
  • Pancit Sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Sprinkle sugar
  • Pepper
  • Sesame oil
  • piecesPork cut into small

Steps

  1. 1

    In a hot pan with oil sauté cook meat until brown then set aside. Then sauté garlic until fragrant then add onions cook until translucent but still has a crunch.Stir fry for few minutes

  2. 2

    Then add carrots stir fry, then red and green pepper stir fry then baby carrots and the snap peas stir fry return the meat and stir fry meat and vegetables together add a little pancit sauce and mix.

    In another big pan or wok hot and hot oil cook noodles as you would Spaghetti then mix the meat and vegetables and noodles together then add the rest of drizzle the Pancit sauce. Then toss.

    Then add on top sprinkle the shredded cabbage. Then serve
