dip a few vegetable strip at a time into the batter and deep-fry in hot oil till they turn brown and crisp. drain on absobent paper and keep aside

heat the oil in a wok on a high flame till it smokes

add the garlic and saute on a high flame till garlic turns golden brown in colour

add the spring onion white and salt and saute on a high flame for another minute
- 5
add the crispy fried vegetable and schezuan sauce and toss lightly.

serve immediately
