Cut onion into thin slices

Remove the cover of tomatoes by boiling it in water

Chop tomatoes

Take wok put oil, jeera and saute onion till light brown

Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Dhaniya powder

Mix all the ingredients

Add chopped tomatoes and mix well

Cover it for 10 minutes and let it cook

Add amchur powder and mix well
