Ingredients

  • 3big onions
  • 3big red tomatoes
  • 1 table spoonoil
  • 1 tea spoonjeera
  • 2 tea spoonDhaniya powder
  • 1.5 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • 2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tea spoonamchur powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut onion into thin slices

  2. 2

    Remove the cover of tomatoes by boiling it in water

  3. 3

    Chop tomatoes

  4. 4

    Take wok put oil, jeera and saute onion till light brown

  5. 5

    Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Dhaniya powder

  6. 6

    Mix all the ingredients

  7. 7

    Add chopped tomatoes and mix well

  8. 8

    Cover it for 10 minutes and let it cook

  9. 9

    Add amchur powder and mix well

  10. 10

    Onion tomato sabzi is ready to eat with paranthe
