Easter White Berry Mousse

Melt the white chocolate on double boiler

Beat the cream and fold the cream In the white chocolate

FOR THE BERRY cream

Grind the blueberries and mix in the cream. Make 2 bowls one with less cream and 1 with more cream. So we will have 3 layers in our pie/mousse

Pour the white chocolate in your serving bowl

In the center add the light Berry cream mix. Then add the dark Berry mix. This way we will have 3 layers

Refrigerate for an hour before serving

I haven't added any sugar here since we are using white chocolate. If you want it sweet u can add condense milk according to your sweetness preferences.
