Wash the lettuce and place to dry on a serviette or kitchen paper towel (if you have a vegetable dryer you could spin them inside).

Beat the eggs, add the oregano and salt and place to cook on a medium heated pan, having already placed the oil. Cook to your taste on both sides. Place on a plate and slice into 4 squares.

Spread the butter on one slice of bread and place the lettuce, place 1 quarter of the eggs and place the other bread slice on top. Repeat for the other bread slices

Enjoy, add a dash of cayenne for a tangy taste ! Eat plain or have it with some juice or tea!
