Dry fry the garlic for a minute stirring to dry roast a little.when you have the aroma of garlic then add the mushroom

After 2 minutes add the butter stir it in and fry for 2 minutes

Make a well and pour the wine in let it boil for 5 minutes

Add the bith mustards stir and cook for 2 minutes

Add the cream and the balsamic vinegar and mix simmer for 5 _ 10 minutes stirring once until it thickens

Serve on a bed of Spinach and have it as a side dish with Dinner or lunch
