This recipe is inspire by a Norwegian cheese pie. We tried making it for the first time and found that the textures and flavour were perfectly combined. The cream cheese was light, soft and not too sweet, so I thought it's the most delicious cheese pie I've ever try!

This is so quick and easy. You can use fresh or frozen berries or if you prefer you can use canned pie filling.

I had a ton of blueberries I bought at Costco, so I decided to make a pie.You can make the crumble topping easily and quickly if you use a food processor or electric mixer. Otherwise, mixing by hand is fine.To make your own pie crust, see. It's very easy and delicious. Recipe by gingingin

Wonderful pie-was absolutely delicious!

This is one of my favorite pies. It is a mix between blueberry, egg custard and chess pie. Not quite as sweet as chess. Don't let the buttermilk fool you. It makes a delicious pie. If you didn't know it was in there, you would never know. Great warm or cold.
