Boil the cabbage and carrot adding salt

Now add ginger paste, black pepper and salt in to it after removing excess water

Add corn flour and make balls

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls.keep them aside.

Now add oil in the same pan and fry the onion garlic and bell peppers with salt

Add the soya sauce and water

Add the Manchurian balls and cover for a while

Add corn flour into a little water and pour into the gravy

Finally add the chopped chillies and remove from heat

Veg Manchurian is ready to be served with chinese fried rice
