In a separate pan heat the oil and add the onions

Fry onions to golden add the garlic and stir

Once ready at the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes

Next add the spices and the chicken stock

You can also add cornstarch just to make the chicken stock to be heavier or thicker

Let it boil for ten minutes then add the chicken star and cover it till ready
