Ingredients

  • 10mini bell peppers (halfed)
  • 8 ozroom temp cream cheese
  • 2 dashshredded colby jack cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Mix together the shredded cheese and cream cheese

  3. 3

    Place as much of the mixture in the peppers as desired

  4. 4

    Finally pop the peppers in the oven until the cheese is melted. Best served when hot
