8 ozroom temp cream cheese
2 dashshredded colby jack cheese

Heat oven to 350°

Mix together the shredded cheese and cream cheese

Place as much of the mixture in the peppers as desired

Finally pop the peppers in the oven until the cheese is melted. Best served when hot
