Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupmacaroni
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 3 tbspflour
  4. 1egg
  5. 1/4 cupsour cream
  6. dashpaprika,Dry Mustard,salt,pepper
  7. 1/2 tspnutmeg
  8. 2 tbspbutter
  9. 2 cupgrated cheese
  10. 1/3 cupparmesan cheese

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Cook Macaroni then Drain.

  2. 2

    Warm Milk,Butter,flour to make a roue.

  3. 3

    Add sour cream,egg,seasonings one mixed add cheese till melted.

  4. 4

    Mix all ingredients with Macaroni well, top of with bread crumbs.

  5. 5

    Cover with aluminum foil Bake 350°F 45 minutes.
