1 cupmilk
3 tbspflour
1egg
1/4 cupsour cream
dashpaprika,Dry Mustard,salt,pepper
1/2 tspnutmeg
2 tbspbutter
2 cupgrated cheese
1/3 cupparmesan cheese

Cook Macaroni then Drain.

Warm Milk,Butter,flour to make a roue.

Add sour cream,egg,seasonings one mixed add cheese till melted.

Mix all ingredients with Macaroni well, top of with bread crumbs.

Cover with aluminum foil Bake 350°F 45 minutes.
