I always double my recipe because everyone I make these for absolutely loves them! (NOTE: Using flour tortillas will make the enchiladas soggy!! They'll still taste good, but very soggy texture! That's why it calls for corn tortillas instead.) 🌶️🧅Veladryssa Lily🧄🥓 -

Beef Enchiladas (no beans) Beef Enchiladas (no beans)
Who doesn’t love cheesy, saucy enchiladas. I love enchiladas but do not care for beans so this recipe does not call for them. You can use shredded beef (which I think is best) but the easiest recipe just uses ground beef. I included a tasty enchilada sauce recipe but you can use a store bought sauce. fenway
