put chicken in griddle pan with a splash of olive oil. put this on a low heat

chop the leeks and onion

boil the leeks and onion in water until soft

turn the chicken breasts over. pre heat oven to 200 Celsius

drain the leeks and onions. Keep the water in a pan. We will use this for the sauce

bring the onion water to a gentle boil. add cheese sauce powder to the water. Then add the milk. leave on a gentle boil whilst stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes

add the onions and leeks to the chesse sauce.

remove the chicken. Place on a chopping board to drain .

fry the bacon on a high heat. I used streaky bacon

Once the bacon is cooked site into the cheese sauce

place the chicken into a oven proof dish and cover with the cheese sauce

cover with tinfoil and bake for 20 minutes
