My child was a picky eater so I tried this as a fun, HEALTHY, snack and he loved it!

Put bananas in freezer overnight to freeze. I peel mine and place them in a ziplock freezer bag. It's a lot easier to peel before freezing.

After the bananas are frozen you can place them along with strawberry syrup in the blender and blend until soft. Or if you want to let your little one help, place bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork!

Top your Strawberry Banana Ice Cream with whipped cream and any other desired toppings.
