spread 1/3 of the mixture in a greased 3 quart casserole pan

cover with half of the oysters, top with a third of the mixture

top with remaining crumbs

add worchestershire sauce to oyster liauor and milk

pour liquid mixture on top of the

bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour
