Saute unions and bell peppers in half of olive oil until caramelized.

Once soft remove a desk set aside.

In same saucepan cook Sirloin steaks in remaining olive oil until nicely browned.

Once finished. Layer the pan with the meat and add all of the cheese.

Put pan in oven on 300°F for 5-10 minutes.
