Combine all ingredients except for the (salmon and the nectar) in a bowl and stir thoroughly.

Heat the vegetable oil in oven proof skillet over high heat.

Drizzle Agave Nectar over skinless side of the salmon.

Place salmon skin side up in the skillet and sear for 1 minute. Until golden crust forms.

Flip the fillets over and transfer for the oven for 10-12 minutes.

Transfer salmon to plates and spoon salsa over the top.
