Ingredients

  1. 3blood oranges
  2. 1/4 cupFresh blood orange juice
  3. 1/3 cupchopped parsley
  4. 2 tbspchopped cilantro
  5. 2scallion
  6. 2 tbsplemon zest
  7. 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  8. 1 tspkosher salt
  9. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  10. 2 tbspAgave Nectar
  11. 4 ozCenter cut salmon fillets
  12. 1/2 tspground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients except for the (salmon and the nectar) in a bowl and stir thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Heat the vegetable oil in oven proof skillet over high heat.

  3. 3

    Drizzle Agave Nectar over skinless side of the salmon.

  4. 4

    Place salmon skin side up in the skillet and sear for 1 minute. Until golden crust forms.

  5. 5

    Flip the fillets over and transfer for the oven for 10-12 minutes.

  6. 6

    Transfer salmon to plates and spoon salsa over the top.
