  • 1 1/2 lbground turkey
  • 1 smallonion, chopped
  • 1 clovegarlic minced
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1 canTomato Sauce
  • 8 sliceCorn Tortilla
  • 1 gallonfrying oil
  • 1/2 cupshredded cheese

  1. 1

    Brown ground turkey in skillet.

  2. 2

    Once meat is brown, remove the grease.

  3. 3

    Add onion, garlic and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Stir in Salt, pepper, chili powder, and tomato sauce and cook for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in separate skillet.

  6. 6

    Fry tortilla strips until crispy.
