Ingredients

  1. 16 ozcream cheese
  2. 1 cupsplenda
  3. 2 dashsalt
  4. 2 tspvanilla extract
  5. 1 cupheavy whipping cream

Cooking Instructions

    Mix first four ingredients together with a mixer until thoroughly blended (no lumps)

  2. 2

    Slowly add heavy whipping cream while mixing.

  3. 3

    One mixed it should appear light and fluffy.

  4. 4

    Separate into small dishes, refrigerate and serve as a mousse or scoop "balls" of the mixture and freeze.
