Ingredients

  1. 3 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  2. 1spray of cooking oil
  3. 4-6 Portobello mushrooms
  4. 1/2 tspsalt (Sea salt or Kosher salt)
  5. 1/2 tspFreshly ground pepper
  6. 1 cupMarinara Sauce
  7. 1/2 cupShredded Mozzarella
  8. 1/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  9. 2 tbspbutter (cut into small pieces)

    Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. 2

    Drizzle 2 tbs of EVOO over both sides of the mushrooms

  3. 3

    Sprinkle mushrooms with salt & pepper

  4. 4

    Spray or use butter to prevent mushrooms from sticking

  5. 5

    Saute the mushrooms until they are heated 3 mins per side

  6. 6

    Spread 1/2 cup of the Marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Place the sauteed mushrooms on top of the Marinara sauce

  7. 7

    Sprinkle with cheeses

  8. 8

    Bake until cheeses are melted & top is golden, about 15 mins

  9. 9

    Serve
