  • 4 tbspgarlic powder
  • 4 tbspCajun seasoning (Tony Chachere's)
  • 2 tbspsage
  • 1 tbspsmoked paprika
  • 1 tbspsea salt
  • 1 tbspfresh cracked pepper
  • 1 tbspItalian seasoning

Steps

    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add more or less depending on taste and amount of meat you are dry rubbing.

  2. 2

    I typically use this recipe when I'm smoking my ribs and chicken, but it can be used for just about anything. Enjoy!
