First boil the sweet potato, and then cut into small pieces. Take a non stick tawa. And with some ghee roast it with ginder and black salt.. keep roasting till crisp.. sprinkle chaat masala

Take2 bowls of curd and hand it till all water drains out. Put a lil garlic. Salt, mustard and dil leaves.. and whip it for a beat and keep it and and fridge,

Take small glasses out some hung curd, and then put the seeet potato pieces in it and then again some curd !! And yes u r eat this super yummy and healthy dish
