Steps

First make a soft dough.add plain flour+ salt + 2 spoon Oil mix together. Make smooth and soft dough.

For stuffing

Heat a wok.add oil 2 tbsp

Oil is heated add cumin when cumin r crackle add onion chopped fry.

Changes the colour of onion add green chilli, ginger garlic paste, termeric fries until raw smells gone.

.then add all chopped vegetables one by one,stir,cover cook it.in meanwhile stir the vegetables.

When vegetables are cooked

Add mashed potatoes,peas,paneer, garam masala, raosted Masalas,or. Salt to taste

Here I am using raosted Masalas (cumin or red chilli raost and grind)

Fry it again 2 to 4 min continueaosly stiring it.add coriander leaves.now switch off the flame and cool down

Now make paratha.take a lemon size ball like portion of the dough.

Make a big chapati stuffing keep in centre lightly spread it.

First fold left side then right side over the stuffing.then fold front or uper side like shown in picture.

Lightly press and lock it and roll carefully with soft hand

Now heat a tawa or pan.

Paratha put on tawa roast both side.

On low to medium flame untill crispy or golden brown.too.

Now serve with green Chutney or ur choice of chutney.
