Ingredients

  • 500 gmwheat flour
  • 4boiled potatoes
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 4green chilli
  • 1-2 tspGreen Coriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • 25 gmAnar Dana grinded in mortar
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspDry Mango powder
  • 1/2 tspAjwaiyn

Steps

  1. 1

    Take wheat flour and put Ajwaiyn, salt and some oil in it. After this make a soft dough

    Take mashed boiled potatoes and put salt, green coriander, red chilli powder, anar Dana grinded in mortar, finely chopped onion, dry mango powder in it

    Make a ball of dough and with the help of rolling pin make a sheet then put the mixture in it and surround it from the sheet and make a sheet

  4. 4

    Take a Tava let it heat and brush oil and put the sheet on it and cook it for 30-30 seconds brush the oil on both sides and shallow fry it

  5. 5

    Serve it with white butter, pickle, green mint chutney and strawberry shake
