Mix the Mustard and Rice wine vinegar, Honey, pepper in a bowl and mix in.

In a little oil in a frying pan cook the chicken add a little salt. Cook until chicken is white and near to cooked on both sides.

Transfer the chicken to a oven dish lined with foil because of the Honey it will help with the honey hot and sticking to the dish. And cover with the sauce and lift the chicken and add some sauce underneath.

Cook for 30 minutes on a medium preheated oven.
