Kids love this Indian puri pizza fusion using #FlavoursofBhopal. Making time 30 minutes

Mix carrot, cucumber, curd, corn powder and 3/4 tb. spoon salt in wheat flour. Mead the mixture little hard

Keep it for 15 minutes

Add finely chopped onion to the heavy cream (malai) and add a pinch of salt and black pepper and grate the cheese cubes

Make a thick chapati base similar to medium pizza base (nor thick no thin crust)

Cut it into 4 part

Heat the oil, then deep fry the 4 pieces, take out when the pieces go brown

Put the mixture of heavy cream(malai),salt and pepper on the deep fried bread (puri pieces) when hot and put cheese over the heavy cream mixutre(malai)

Serve hot with tomato ketchup
