First jaggery melt In water on slow flame.

Take 1 bowl.

Wheat flour,rice flour and salt put in the bowl and mix it.

Jaggery water add in batter and mix it no thick or no thin medium.

Take a pan and spread the oil.

Put the batter in pan and spread 5-6 mins fry it upto come brown colour.

Your sweet malpua is ready to serve.
