Ingredients

  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupsoya been flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • pinchPepper
  • as neededOil
  • 1 cupmix vegetables onion, capsicum, corn
  • 1 tspMayonnaise
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 2cube cheese
  • for salad
  • 1apple qubes
  • 4 pc walnut chopped
  • 2 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • Pinchsalt & pepper
  • as neededchopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix both the flour and mix half teaspoon and one teaspoon oil it will convert into dough

  2. 2

    Make roti of the dough.on one roti mixture should be sperad cheese on it. And then cover it from the layer of next roti. And lock the sides with fork.

  3. 3

    Heat the pan and put paratha and shallow fry it.

  4. 4

    For Salad all ingredients should be mixed well and should be chill well

  5. 5

    Now serve healthy paratha.....

  6. 6

    For vegetable mixture.heat the pan and put oil on it and mix the vegetables and add salt and pepper, SAUSE, mayonnaise, and mix it well and saute it
