  • 1egg
  • pinchSalt,
  • Black pepper in grinder
  • Leftover bread(it is usually harder)

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the egg with some salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Dip the left over bread pieces in the beaten egg

  3. 3

    Heat pan over medium heat, add extra virgin olive oil and a little unsalted butter, fry the toast for about 3 mins per side

  4. 4

    Serve as desired
