Leftover bread(it is usually harder)

Beat the egg with some salt and pepper

Dip the left over bread pieces in the beaten egg

Heat pan over medium heat, add extra virgin olive oil and a little unsalted butter, fry the toast for about 3 mins per side
4

Serve as desired
