Saucy Honey Turkey (or Chicken)

I bought a couple pounds of turkey breast "strips" on sale which turned out to be already cut up turkey breast so I whipped this up to go with some of my fried rice. Yum!
This made a LOT more sauce than I thought it would so if you want it less saucy you could cut the sauce ingredients in half or double the meat.

Steps
- 1
In a medium bowl wisk together all ingredients for the sauce except the cornstarch until well blended.
- 2
Heat a skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add oil. As soon as it "shimmers" add turkey and stir fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- 3
Wisk cornstarch into sauce. Add sauce to turkey. Bring sauce to a boil and simmer until thickened, stirring frequently, about another 5 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. Enjoy!
