Slice the sweet potatoes and sprinkle salt on it.

Heat up vegetable oil and fry the sweet potatoes.fry for 3minutes.

Slice the onion,Vegetable.

Break the eggs and whisk,add salt

Heat up vegetable oil in frying pan,pour in the onion,fresh yellow pepper then the eggs.

Fry for just 2minutes and enjoy it with the fried sweet potatoes and a chilled drink.
