Ingredients

500 mlfull fat milk
6-7Finely chopped dates
1 cupGrated carrot
1-2 pinchNutmeg (jayfal) powder

Steps

Firstly in non- stick pan milk boil put carrot and dates now milk on low flame till water absorbs & you get a thick consistency add jayfal powder

Keep aside and let it cool

Pot the mixiture in kulfi mould and freeze till it's set

Serve chilled
