Ingredients

8 hours
6 servings
  • 2-3Bread slices with trimmed edges
  • 4Bananas pureed
  • 2-3 tbspSugar
  • 500 mlEvaporated milk
  • 1 cupFresh cream
  • 3-4 tbspNuts of your choice chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend all the ingredients well and pour this in the kulfi moulds and freeze until set.

  2. 2

    Chop the nuts so that you bite into them everytime you eat it.

  3. 3

    Evaporated milk is used here by me basically for the colour.

    If you prefer, you can use full fat milk, not skimmed one. You can omit the use of cream here if you desire, instead increase the quantity of bananas to 6.
