Kulfi is a very traditional and popular Indian dessert made with thickened milk, pista, cashew, almond and sugar. Since it is made of milk so it is very pure and high in nutrition and it keeps us cool in summer.

Take a big kadai and keep it on flame. Pour milk and keep it on boiling.

Keep the flame low and stir it occasionally, after fifteen minutes add chopped dry fruits and saffron flakes.

Cook it till it becomes thick and come to half of the quantity.

Add sugar and cardamom powder, stir it for two minutes and put off the flame and let it cool down completely.

Keep the kulfi moulds ready and fill it with thickened milk one by one.

Keep them in freezer for four to five hours and your kulfi will be ready to eat.
