Boil 500ml. milk to get thicker till 1/2.

Then mix malai peda and 2tbsp sugar keep stirring on low flame at 5minutes.

Then mix chopped dry fruits and elaichi powder. And switch off gas.

Let it cool out then put in to matka.

Freeze for 10h or overnight. Serve cold

Garnish with dry fruits and rose petals....
