Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/3 cupKodiak Cake (buttermilk & honey) pancake mix - dry
  • 1/3 cupwater
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1/2 tspapple pie spice (x2)
  • 1/2large apple (diced)
  • 2 tsphoney
  • 2 tspmaple syrup

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Mix pancake mix, water, 1/2 tsp apple pie spice, and extract together

  2. 2

    Cook as normal pancakes

  3. 3

    In a seperate pan start to cook apples over medium heat. Once they start to brown a bit add honey and maple syrup. Continue to cook until apples are soft and the liquid is thickened.

    Top pancakes with apples and enjoy
