Bengali style Coconut Rice Flour Crepes.This is a very popular pithe of Bengal with stuffed coconut.
Steps

In a bowl mix the grated coconut with jaggery.

Heat a kadhai & saute the mixture on a low flame.Then add sugar,milk,cardamom powder.

Keep stirring the mixture till it has become sticky.It will take 10/15min.Then add the khoya kheer.Keep aside & let it cool on it's own.

Meanwhilein a bowl mix the maida,rice powder,sooji with a pinch of salt & water.Mix carefully till allthe lamps have dissolved.

Heat a nonstick frying pan.Sprinkle some oil on it & spread out the flour mix in wide spirals to make a full circle.Allow the mix to fry & swell up a beat.

Place the freshly prepared patishapta pithe filling at the centre of the circle & roll it up. Keep frying till it's colour has changed to light brown. Repeat with the remaining mix.Serve hot.
