Preparation of Coconut Beetroot Raita

Clean the beetroot...grated and keep a side...In a pan cook the grated beetroot,salt, turmeric powder,1 tbsp water with lid closed and saute in between

Mena while in a mixer grind 1/2 tbsp mustard seed jira grated coconut ginger and green chillies into a paste by adding 3 tbsp water

Once the beetroot is cooked well...transfer the grinded paste to the Pan a and saute it well...cook the ingredients for another 5 mins in med flame till water dries off

Mean while beat the curd in a bowl using spoon or rai and keep it aside
- 6
Transfer the curd to the Pan and warm it...turn of the flame once it start to boil...spiuter mustard seed with oil and curry leaves

Enjoy colorful coconut beetroot raita....
