Ingredients

  1. 4 pieceKarela
  2. 2 pieceOnion medium
  3. 3 tbsCornflour
  4. 1/4 tspKali mirch powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Oil for frying

    Wash the karela and cut it into round pieces very thin slices and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Take the onion peel it and cut it very thin slices...and shuffle the onion so that all the buds of onion get separated and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Now first take karela into separate bowl and put 1.5 tbs of cornflour and sprinkle it on the karela and mixwell.

  4. 4

    Now take heavy bottom pan and put oil for deep frying when oil gets hot than put karela into the hot oil and keep staring until thay become slightly brown and crisp and keep aside.

  5. 5

    Now take onion and sprinkle 1.5 tbs of cornflour mixwell and put it into the hot oil and fry till golden brown in colour and keep aside.

  6. 6

    Now take a bowl and mix onion and karela and sprinkle kalimirch powder and salt to taste and mixwell.

  7. 7

    Hence your crispy and kur kuray karela r ready to serve enjoy with chapati or rice....
