Place all the dry ingredients ingredients in a large bowl/plate

Mix all the ingredients well with the help of a spoon

Place the fish pieces into the bowl and make sure every side of the fishes are well coated with the marinade

Keep the fish covered marinated for 15 minutes

Prepare a steamer by boiling 1/2 cup of water
- 6
Place the fishes in the steamer and steam for 10-12 minutes or until tender/done
- 7
Serve at room temperature with fresh steamed rice
