Preheat oven at 180°

Grease and dust your baking tin then set aside

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients then set aside.

Take another bowl, put in the mashed bananas, add in in the melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture. Mix in well, completely.

Pour into the baking tin.

Then bake for 45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean
- 8
When ready, remove from the oven, let it sit in the tin for about 10 minutes then remove and cool on a rack.

When completely cool, slice in desired slices then enjoy with your favourite chilled drink or hot beverage.
