Wash and cut the paneer into your choice I made heart shape paneer with the help of cutter

2. Heat the pan add 1 tbsp oil fry this heart shape paneer till golden brown in colour remove and put it in the hot water keep aside

3. In same pan add 2 tbsp oil when oil is hot add mustard when it crackle add finely chopped onion stir for few seconds then add ginger garlic paste stir until raw smell evaporates

4. Add salt chilli powder coriander powder cumin powder and turmeric powder stir well for 2 minutes on a low flame now add finely chopped tomato stir and cook until tomato becomes soft adjust salt stir add fried paneer mix well

5. Now add 1 cup of water and cook until it becomes thick now add coconut milk stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes switch of the flame

6. Serve hot with white rice ghee rice or with chapati thank you happy cooking
