Yam 1 tubber
2 cupsGroundnut
Salt
Maggi
1 tspGrinded pepper
1 tspBlack pepper

Steps

Peel groundnut and fry.
2

Pour in a clean mortal and pound.
3

Add pepper, salt, black pepper, maggi and mix.
4

Peel yam, cut, wash and boil.. sprinkle salt and allow to boil for 15mins
5

When yam is ready..drain out water from yam.
