Ingredients

  1. 2 cupfreshly grated coconut
  2. 1boiled potato
  3. 1 tbsprice powder
  4. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  5. 1onion finely chopped
  6. 1 inchgrated ginger
  7. 1red chilli chopped
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 4 tbspVegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients to form a soft dough in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Divide the dough into equal portions and make ball of each portion and lightly pressed it keeping between your both palms.To give a pattie shape.

  3. 3

    Heat your Skillet and place those pattie and cook them in simmer,till both the sides turns golden brown.And keep sprinkling oil in intervals.

  4. 4

    Repeat the process for all your remaining batch.

  5. 5

    Serve hot as side dish with rice.
